There will be a Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting tonight in the Village Hall at 7.00 pm.

All adult residents of Rodmell and Northease are welcome to attend these meetings.

Public Questions
The first ten minutes are available for the public to express a view or ask a question on relevant
matters on the following agenda. The public are welcome to stay and observe the rest of the
meeting.

  1. To receive and accept any apologies from Councillors and any Declarations of Interest on
    any items covered in this Agenda. To receive for acceptance any requests to consider
    dispensations under Section 33 of the Localism Act 2011.
  2. Planning Applications – to consider the following planning applications:
    i. SDNP/24/00086/TCA Black Timber House, Marten’s Field, Rodmell BN7 3HR
    T1 – Horse Chestnut – fell to ground level – showing severe basal decay and signs of
    dieback in crown
    ii. SDNP/23/05277/FUL 12 The Dicklands, Rodmell BN7 3HT
    Conversion of Detached Games Room/Office to One Bedroom Dwelling
