Use of Rodmell Sports Field and Cricket Pavilion for private functions
The village is lucky to have a large sports field and pavilion, and we’d like to encourage more people to make use of it. It’s ideal for outdoor parties, barbecues, weddings, or just a night’s camp-out. Of course it’s a field, not a manicured lawn: it’s inevitably rough and uneven in places and lighting is limited, but nevertheless it’s perfect for a secluded rural party.
Charges for private use of the Sports Field and Pavilion:
- Weddings, children’s, and family parties: £250
- Camp-outs: £50
- Combined weddings/parties and camp-outs: £300
There is a 25% discount on all bookings for Rodmell residents.
